How can the prices on the A-List be so low?
We always try to provide our products to our members at the best possible
prices. Our goal is to make authentic designer clothing as affordable
as possible. By keeping our costs low, we can give all our A-Listers
the most exceptional prices on all their designer clothing and accessory
needs.
I saw an item that I wanted on my last visit to the site, but it is
not displayed on this visit. Where has it gone?
The item is temporarily out of stock or we have stopped selling it. The
best advice we could give you is to keep visiting our site to see if
we get it back in stock, or email us and we will check with our suppliers
to see if it is still available.
Can I find a designer that is not listed in the home page?
The list you'll find on the right of the home page is of our most popular
designers, but these are not the only designers we stock. Try the OTHER
DESIGNERS box to see if the designer you are searching for
is available. If we do not currently stock a designer that you would
like to see, email us and let us know. If it is possible to obtain
goods from a particular designer and there is enough demand, we will
do our utmost to stock it.
How can I join the A-List?
To join the A-LIST and receive
regular updates with new stock, special offers and sale events, enter
your details in the Join The A-List section.
How Can I let My Friends Know About The A-List?
Simply complete your friend's details and email address in the Tell
Your Friends section.
How can I find an item that I want?
By simply using our easy to follow Search section.
How can I see if an item is available in any other colour?
All our items, including different colours of the same item, are listed
separately. If an item is available in more than one colour, it will be
listed separately within its category.
