Searching For An Item
To make shopping as simple as possible, we have made
searching our store easy. From the home page you can click on your favourite
designer
on the right, or you can enter your query into the search facility on the
left.
The centre of our home page also highlights our New Arrivals, Sale Items and Special Offers .
Finally, for the quickest way to find the exact item you are looking from the home page, click on one of the links on the left that says either Menswear or Womenswear. This takes you to the page where mens or ladies categories are. Click on any of the categories such as T-shirts to display all the products we have in stock in that category.
Buying An item
Once you have found the item you desire, you will see
a dropdown box with the available sizes. Simply click on the arrow
to show the list
of all the available sizes. Highlight the one that is your size and
then click the Add To Basket button. Don’t forget,
some designers have different ideas of what for example a Ladies size
10 is or a Mans
size Large is, so have a quick read of the Other Information section
on each item to make sure you pick the best size for you. You will
then be taken to the shopping cart. At this stage you can either Register
With Us or continue shopping.
Registering As A Customer
Before you are asked to pay you will need
to complete your registration details with
us. It is quick, easy and will only take a couple of
minutes. When you complete this one time only registration we will
save all your details for your next shopping trip to A-List Designer
Clothing. We only need a few details to register such as your name,
address, email address, telephone number and password of your choice.
All your details are completely secure, and are not divulged to anyone
else. Once you have registered, you will be automatically emailed
with your log in name and password. Save these details somewhere on
your computer for next time you log in. For your safety and security,
we will only deliver to the billing address of your credit card.
Checkout
Once you are registered or once you log in to your account,
a page will be displayed which confirms your address details and asks
you
to select the appropriate delivery method. UK customers have the choice
between our standard Express delivery or Express delivery before 9a.m.
Overseas customers need to select from either the European delivery
or Worldwide delivery. Click on the continue button and you will be
given the option to pay at our secure server or continue shopping.
Paying
Once you have clicked on the pay at our secure server button
you are taken to the payment page. You just need to enter your credit
card
details, confirm your billing address and click on the proceed button.
Your payment will then be taken and you are all finished. We will send
you an email to confirm your order details and then you can sit back
and relax while you look forward to receiving your items as quickly
as the following day. The cards we accept are Visa, Delta, Mastercard,
Maestro and Solo.

You can rest assured that we are very serious about
your credit card safety. That is why ordering from A-List Designer
Clothing is guaranteed
to be safe and secure as a result of the most up to date 128 bit encryption,
as shown by the padlock sign on the payment page.

If you would like us to process your credit card
payment for you, simply call us on 0845 009 3627 between 9a.m. and
6p.m. GMT, and one
of friendly Customer Service Advisors will process the payment for
you.
If you do not have a current credit or debit card, we are more than happy to accept payment by cheque, postal order, money order or bankers draft. Again, call us on on 0845 009 3627 between 9a.m. and 6p.m. GMT, and one of friendly Customer Service Advisors will reserve the item for you for up to 7 days while we wait for your payment.
