RETURNS POLICY

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Before a refund can be issued, the following requirements must be met:

  • the item must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
  • the item must have the all the original tags still attached
  • the item must be returned completely sent in its original packaging (and where provided in the original plastic bag)
  • the return slip which is at the bottom of the invoice must be completed and enclosed in the return packaging
  • the returned item must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date
  • all the items to be returned from an order must be sent in one package: we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.

If all of the conditions are met we will refund your order value net of the original delivery charges.

If these conditions are not met, we will give you the option of resending the items to your address at your own cost.

If you reject the return shipment, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

PLEASE NOTE
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant or make-up which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items including but not limited to items of a personal nature which includes underwear, hosiery, swimwear or earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

As well as our own returns policy, we also fully incorporate the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from A-List Designer Clothing, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to orders@alistclothing.co.uk, or by post to

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

REFUND POLICY.
Once we have received, processed and accepted your return, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have accepted your returned item or items. Once you have received your e-mail confirmation that we have accepted the goods, the refund credit will normally be issued within 24 hours.

CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAYED BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
For customers who have made payment by credit or debit card your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. Please allow approximately 5 - 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time scale is dictated entirely by your bank or card issuer and is completely outside our control.


CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAYED BY ANY OTHER METHOD
For customers who have made payment by any method other than credit or debit card, your refund will be forwarded to the delivery address in the form of a Company Bank Cheque made payable in GBP £'s Sterling only. Whilst this may not be the way in which you originally paid, we regret that we are unable to offer any other form of refund.

DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS
If a discount code or voucher was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
For Example Only:

  1. Your original order value was £150 and you used a 10% Off Discount Code because the value of your order was over £120. This would mean that you had paid £135 plus shipping as you would have had £15 (10%) deducted from the original price.
  2. You return an item to the value of £50, which means that the original value of the item(s) you keep are now only £100.
  3. Orders under £120 only qualify for a 5% Off Discount Code.
  4. Your total order value that you should have paid now becomes £95 (5% off £100).
  5. The total refund payable now becomes £40.

PLEASE NOTE
Delivery charges are non refundable unless you have received a wrong or faulty item from us.

FREE DELIVERY PROMOTIONS
From time-to-time on a promotional basis, A-List Designer Clothing offer free delivery on orders. Any returned items that have been sent out on a free delivery basis will be refunded net of the actual delivery charges incurred by A-List Designer Clothing.
