STOCK AVAILABILITY
Every item available to order on our website displays the expected despatch time. This will vary from 24 hours to a maximum of seven days depending on availability. Exceptional demand for particular items means that we constantly have to restock it throughout the season. The expected despatch times are explained as:
Within 24 Hours
Items with a despatch time of within 24 hours means that the item is
in stock in our warehouse and ready to be sent out to you.
Between 2 - 4 Days
Items with a despatch time of between 2 - 4 days means that our order
for the item has been sent out by our suppliers and is expected to arrive
at our warehouse within a couple of working days.
Between 5 - 7 Days
Items with a despatch time of between 5 - 7 days means that the last
of our current stock has recently sold out and the item is currently
in the process of being re-ordered from one of our suppliers.
Current Delivery Achievements
We are pleased to announce that at present we have managed to despatch
100% of our orders within the stated times. Furthermore more than 90%
of our orders have currently been despatched the same day they were ordered.
Sorry Item Not Available
Items that display the message Sorry Item Not Available means that the
last of our current stock has recently sold out and we are currently
unable to order further stocks from any of our suppliers. However, please
come back to check the site as you may be fortunate that one of our customers
has returned the item you are looking for you, in which case we will
make that stock available for purchase.
Orders For More Than One Item
If you have ordered more than one item, and the items have different
despatch times, we will send your order out as separate items.
Eg. You order a t-shirt with a despatch time of within 24 hours and a pair of jeans with a despatch time of between 2 - 4 days . We will despatch the t-shirt to you within the stated 24 hours in one parcel, and we will despatch the jeans within the stated 2 – 4 days time in another parcel. However you will only pay the postage and packing once.
Our Delivery Promise
We make a delivery promise to all our customers. If any item is not
despatched within the time stated when you order your item, we will
refund the delivery
charge to you.
On very rare occasions, our suppliers are unable to fulfil our orders. We have absolutely no control over this, but on the rare instance that this does happen we promise that we will notify you immediately and arrange your refund at once.
