A classic black satin evening shoe by Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. The front of the shoe has a closed ribbon effect. The shoes fasten around the ankle with a series of ribbons which can be tied in various arrangements. They are lustrous black in colour and have a satin faced 3 inch stiletto heel.
